Build Autorization

At the end of your construction work, you are issued a certificate of conformity if your building is built according to urban planning standards
The signing of the building permit is now decentralized to the Secretary General for Town Planning and Housing for buildings under the jurisdiction of the Central Government and
to the Heads of Division for Town Planning and Habitat for those under the jurisdiction of the Provinces
The DRC now has the law that will allow the establishment of the Order of Architects and Civil Engineers responsible for regulating their respective professions and maintain a national table of professionals practicing in the country (Cfr. Law N ° 18 / 033 and N ° 18/034 of December 13, 2018)
